4 Months while studying at a well known University in Southern California and I was browsing Craigslist ads for a sublet. Short term, furnished. I didn't have much more course work to complete. I found a listing that was clearly a private owner and not a property management company. The first time I toured the place it became evident that my suspicions were right on point. PERFECT.
